Located in Mt. Kisco, New York, my firm was originally founded by Jack P. Fermery, AIA in 1968. My partnership with Mr. Fermery began in 1986 until his retirement in 1994. In the span of over 23 years, I have enjoyed providing superior architectural services throughout the Westchester, Putnam,Dutchess and Connecticut areas. Our practice of architecture includes residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial and municipal projects. Our firm specializes in new home design for residential construction. We have designed many unique custom homes and subdivisions incorporating efficient design, which are aesthetically pleasing. We have a keen sense of construction methods, and this results in high quality construction that can be built within budget. We review and analyze the client's program through consultations and site visits to determine what their specific needs are. A realistic budget is then determined. The combination of budget and client program will then determine the best design solution. This approach to architecture leads to many diverse styles and developments. Our goal has always been to provide quality, creative architecture which enhances our environment. We welcome the opportunity to make our communities a better place to live. PRESIDENT: R.
